Went there twice to get 3 key copies made. The 1st time, the machine made 1 key & then shut down. So I went back the next day & was able to get the 3 keys made but out of all 4 keys none of them work!! Completely useless

I hassle a set of keys made twice and the made them wrong both times. The first time they remade them and the second set worked. The next time they wouldn’t even try to make it. So I went to customer service and get my money back. Better option in Wake forest is Make a Key locksmith which right next door.

Hands down this Locksmith has the best prices and services. I lost my keyfob and these guys were able to get me the same keyfob for an unbelievable price!!! Other locksmiths were charging more with no keyfob just a regular key 🤦🏽. The gentleman that worked on my truck was very professional. Thank you guys!

Today I went to this business and asked the old man who came up to the counter to copy the Honda ATV key to the Honda ATV blank that I had ordered. The factory key has a plastic skirt to keep water out of the switch it goes in. The man said he would have to remove the metal key shank out of the plastic skirt. The metal key was clearly molded into the plastic. I told the man I paid $23.00 for this key blank and I was not going to let him ruin the new key blank. I carried the key and key blank to the hardware store in Wake Forest. There the clerk cut my key. It works just fine. I worked in a lock shop 40 years ago and know how to cut keys. The man in this locksmith shop obviously is incompetent. I would suggest you take your key duplication elsewhere.
